19-Year-Old Moises Haven Castillo Arrested in Atwater, CA Accident

Alleged impaired driver charged after deadly crash

A tragic accident occurred on June 1 in Atwater, California, when 19-year-old Moises Haven Castillo struck a Honda Civic carrying a 20-year-old woman and a 3-year-old girl. Both victims died. Castillo fled but was arrested two hours later. He faces charges of felony DUI, hit and run, and vehicular manslaughter. The investigation continues.
