18-Year-Old Axel Perez Arrested in Fort Worth, TX Accident

Wrong-way DUI collision on Interstate 35W kills two

A tragic accident occurred on January 17 in Fort Worth, Texas, when 18-year-old Axel Perez was arrested following a wrong-way DUI collision on Interstate 35W near Garden Acres Drive. Police said Perez was driving southbound in the northbound lanes when he struck another vehicle around 2:08 a.m. Two occupants of the other vehicle were killed at the scene. Perez is charged with intoxicated manslaughter. We send our thoughts and prayers to the families of the victims.
