17-Year-Old Julio Gomez Killed In New Milford, CT Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on September 22 in New Milford, Connecticut. 17-year-old Julio Gomez was fatally injured in a three-vehicle accident on U.S. Route 9 when a southbound 2022 Hyundai Tucson tried to turn left into Italia Mia and struck the Infiniti. After impact, the Infiniti collided with a southbound 2013 Nissan Rogue. A passenger in the Infiniti, identified as 17-year-old Julio Gomez, was rushed to Danbury Hospital where he sadly succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash. Authorities continue to investigate the incident and urge anyone with information to contact them at 860-355-3133. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
