17-Year-Old John Chambers Injured in Lewisville, TX Accident

John Chambers was struck by a pickup truck while walking in Lewisville

A tragic accident occurred on May 18 in Lewisville, Texas, when 17-year-old John Chambers was critically injured in a hit-and-run. Around 6:15 p.m., Chambers was walking near the 1200 block of College Parkway when a westbound pickup truck struck him near North Old Orchard Lane, throwing him into a nearby alleyway. He suffered multiple skull fractures and a broken pelvis. Chambers was placed on a ventilator and remains hospitalized.
