Tragic accident that occurred on March 11 in Port Jefferson Station, New York. 16-year-old Isaac Ruiz died in a crash at the intersection of Nesconset Highway and Woodhull Avenue. Ruiz was a backseat passenger in a Honda Accord that tried to turn left and collided with a Ford. Ruiz was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital, where he passed away.
