16-Year-Old Garrett Folmar Injured In Lower Lake, CA Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, April 3 at around 4:20 PM in Lower Lake, California. 16-year-old Garrett Folmar was seriously injured when the vehicle that he was a passenger in was struck by a suspected drunk driver on Highway 29. 29-year-old Ernesto Martinez was traveling in a Mercedes Benz when he struck a Dodge Challenger after drifting across the centerline. Mr. Folmar,a passenger in the challenger, was airlifted to Queen of the Valley Hospital in Napa. Martinez was later arrested on alcohol and drug charges. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
