Williams was at a birthday party when gunshots were heard in the area and the party broke up. Cars were reportedly driving on the grass, and Adrian was struck by what witnesses said was a red Dodge Charger. The driver paused and then fled from the scene. Adrian was transported to Miami Valley Hospital where he later succumbed to injuries. The accident remains under investigation by the Dayton Police Department.
