Troopers say the driver pulled onto the shoulder of the road to avoid hitting slowing traffic. As the pickup swerved off the road, it hit the 11-year-old who was riding his bicycle on the sidewalk. Cramer was rushed to a hospital, where he succumbed to injuries. A GoFundMe page has been created to help with the funeral costs.
