Tragic accident that occurred on September 28 in Colleton, South Carolina. 10-year-old Lacy Wiggins was one of multiple victims seriously injured in an accident with an alleged impaired driver, Hunter Williams. The accident occurred when a Chevrolet Silverado crashed into a Chevy Suburban at the intersection of Jefferies Highway and Pleasant Grove Road. Williams is facing one count of felony DUI involving death and one count of felony DUI with great bodily harm. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
